In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent store policy for our customers. REFUND POLICY?

All orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days after the order has been placed.

After 7 days, there is a 25% restocking fee for materials that have already been purchased for your order.

There are no refunds after 7 days for custom orders.

DELIVERED ITEMS?

There is a 7-day return policy for delivered items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a repair or a 50% refund of the total cost.

There are no returns on custom orders.

To start a return, you can contact us via email.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and instructions will be sent on where to return your item.

CUSTOM ORDERS/PROOFS ?

Due to the volume of orders we receive, proofs are available only upon request, on custom/personalized orders only. We do not provide proofs for non-personalized items. Requests MUST be left in the "personalization box" at check out at the time of purchase. Requesting a proof will add an additional 2-4 days onto production time. IMPORTANT: If one week passes after sending your proof AND a follow up email, we will move forward with completing your order. Your order will not quality for any changes, exchanges or returns.

SHIPPING POLICY?

TRC Creations only ships within the United States.

Small items ship USPS First Class or Priority
Large items ship UPS Ground
Orders within the U.S. take an estimated 3-5 business days to be delivered once shipped.
If a signature is required, please request this when ordering. We do not apply this automatically to shipments.
Most items are made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some may be a bit longer depending on the dynamics of the piece.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in any way so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

TRC Creations takes security very seriosly. We use the industry standard encryption on all transactions and WILL NOT sell or distribute any of your personal information. We will notify you immediately if your information is compromized in any way.
